 We are interested in forming Joint Ventures (JVs) to pursue larger federal contracts which require combined expertise and resources. We are currently seeking JV partners with:

• Relevant Past Performance:  experience in federal contracts within IT, Defense, Education, and/or facility support 
• Small Business & Socioeconomic Certifications:  8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc. 
• Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:  Firms with knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal procurement standards  

We are seeking a mentor to participate in the SBA Mentor-Protégé (8a) Program.   This allows the mentor to help a small businesses like ours build their federal contracting capabilities.

Through this program, mentors will receive:

• Opportunities to bid on Native American and small business set-asides
• Develop institutional knowledge in the federal space
• Opportunities to jointly pursue contracts under a mentor-protégé JV
